Note: All three hosts uses cPanel and Bluehost and 3ix support Fantastico Script which allows you to installs many open source programs including Mambo, Joomla, Coppermine, phpBB, etc... I would advice a quick search for reviews before deciding.

Downtown Host - Highly recommended, many plans to choose from, will find one that is right for you. Price is very reasonable, starting from $4.99 for shared hosting with unlimited addon domains. The customer service is amazing, their responses are quick and helpful. They also help you transfer your site from your old host for free. And it was done in an hour, it safe me so much time. I just want to say thank you to Downtown Host, just wish I found them earlier :). You may also want to read some reviews about them on whreviews.

Bluehost - Recommend if you would like more bandwidth and disk space. It also come with a free domain, if you don't want a free domain, Downtown Host will be a much better choice. Have no problem with them so far.

HeartInternet - Recommend for .co.uk domains! Very cheap .co.uk domains but not so for .com. It's where I get all my .co.uk domains from, would recommand domainsite for .com domains.
