ULUBUDA & ICBS AGM

Yesterday was the AGM (Annual General Meeting) for both ULUBUDA and Imperial College Buddhist society (ICBS). It has been 3 years since I joined ULUBUDA and ICBS, so much has happened in these 3 years time. I can still remember the first meeting I went to was the ULUBUDA’s AGM, seems not very long ago! Due to me graduating this year, I didn’t run for any positions this year. I’m very happy to see the society grows and both the AGMs went really well. Everyone were interested to help out in the society and the committee is very strong. Still remember the time when there were only 2 of us in ICBS in the second year :(. Thank you for the great committee that I have been working with and I’m sure this year committee will do even better :).
Right after the AGM last night, I attended the joint dinner with ULUBUDA, ICBS, Queen Mary and King’s Buddhist soceity at Kiasu, Bayswater. The dinner was good as the new committee get to know each other and it was also the first time we met the Queen Mary Buddhist society people. I also had a interesting talk with Carlton about some very famous poem authors who had very deep understanding in Buddhism, one being 白居易. 須知諸相皆非相，若住無餘卻有餘。
言下忘言一時了，夢中說夢兩重虛。
空花豈得兼求果，陽燄如何更覓魚。
