Exams and philosophy…
May 13, 2006 10:28 pmAfter yesterday paper, can finally take a break from Exams as the next one is on the 22nd. Did learn a lot during this exams, mainly on practicing things that I know I should do. But it's easy to say but difficult to do, to be able to let go is not easy! (三歲小兒也曉得,八十老翁行不得) Most of us feel stress about exam and upset if we had a bad paper, and we just have to look at it wisely! Like Kamil says, if we look back at it 10 years later, this paper really doesn't matter. I'm saying we should not work hard, but don't get too upset if things don't turn out the way we want them to be. Here is a quote that I would like to share.
Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. ~ Buddha
Today is very meaningful, went to the temple today and feel very relax afterwards.
May everyone be happy,
may everyone be free from misery,
may no one ever be separated from their happiness,
may everyone have equanimity,
free from hatred and attachment.

Hey, come on, my last exam went terrible, still came out laughing. It must be alright…gotta have faith and study! You have tried hard this year, so keep it up. Good luck with your Discrete Maths, and don’t only eat Cereal and Bread - Eat some proper food. Ermmm…I dunno…Pasta or something…ask someone to cook with you. Oh no, better ask them to cook with you!
Take care and good luck with Discrete Maths, but I’ll probably see you before your exam!
why is there no more entries to your blog?
Sorry, getting lazy is the main reason, also the internet wasn’t working, exam next week, preparing for eVac project…
