Christmas Holiday!
December 25, 2006 11:10 amI have to say this is quite a different Christmas Holiday! Firstly I get to spent it with my parents (family) which I have not for many years, at least 4 years I think. Secondly we (QuGee) will have our house trip to Japan this year.
And lastly a Amitabha 7-day Retreat (佛心 - 彌陀佛七) which I only find out 2 days ago. This retreat is kindly organized by Hong Kong Buddhist Education Foundation Ltd. (香港佛陀教育協會) on 20th-26th. I wish I find out about it earlier but I didn't find it on any website :(, so I only manage to find out about it 2 days ago when I went to the Hong Kong Buddhist Education Foundation Ltd. But I'm still lucky to be able to attend it today before it finishes tomorrow. There were around 600 people there today, it's amazing and very well organized. It was a great experience to be reciting the Buddha's name "Amituofo" (阿彌陀佛) with so many people. Thank you AMTB HK and everyone there today.

Glad that you are enjoying your time in Hong Kong and hopefully you will also enjoy in Japan. I have a lot of bread which I couldn’t finish, and I realised that no matter how ambitious I am with eating bread in the morning, it’s been very very unsucessful so far. If its still edible, I’ll bring it for you tomorrow!
