Today I would like to draw your attention to a Blog by my very good friend Kamil. The title is "The worth of Exam", for me it's a very meaningful article as it reminds me a lot of things and be mindful all the time. In such competitive enviornment it's very easy to lose ourself. Always be mindful and don't do anything that we would regret. Hope all of us will find a balance and not lose ourself in the progress. We all look at life very differently, may us all find our our path. I would to share a quote from "Analects of Master Kuang-ch'in".
"One of the goals of practice is to eliminate the sense of greed. When Tainted by the evil seeds of greed, our minds will easily become scattered and we will not be able to retain right mindfulness. Thereupon, our minds will be swamped with evil ideas and become restless and discontented, which in turn will create endless delusive vexations. Under the circumstances, we can never feel free nor at ease."

You might have heard of "Namo Amituofo" (Namo Amitabha, 南無阿彌陀佛). What does it mean? Here is some simple quotes of the meaning of Namo Amituofo.
"Namo Amitabha Buddha" (meaning homage to the Amitabha Buddha, and the name "Amitabha" means boundless light and infinite life), "Amitabha Buddha," or simply, but with equal reverence, "Amitabha."

You might have heard of the new Windows Longhorn and something about the monitor currently on the market will not work with it. The thing is, if your monitor does not have HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection), it will not work with Windows Longhorn! You can find out more about this from this website.
I found out about this when I wanted to get a monitor because the one on my laptop doesn't work, but after considering that I might not sue windows in the future and even if I do, I don't use it to play DVD that much. So at the end I still get a new monitor :D.

Wired topic? Today want to talk about long tongue, well you probably know that most of our us cannot use our tongue to tounch our nose. And it's not usual to find someone who can, well Terry, my friend can and he really doesn't lie. So why do some people have long tongue, here is a quote from 佛陀教育雜誌 Vol. 246 about having long tongue. 譬如「不妄語」（指口業），實際上包括四種：不妄語、不兩舌、不綺語、不惡口，這四種算是一種福。佛說一個人的口業真正能守得很清淨，三世不妄語得的是廣長舌相，舌頭伸出來可以舔到自己的鼻子。佛生生世世都不妄語，所以佛現的廣長舌相，舌頭伸出來可以把臉蓋住。由此可知，佛的三十二相是百劫所修，三 千二百種 福圓滿成就的相好。每一個相都有隨形好，「形」是大相，「好」是細相，所以讓眾生看到生歡喜心，百看不厭。 Namo Amituofo Vincent Lai
